BNI - Westside Business Partners
A networking group of local business owners growing each otherβs business by working through referrals and cultivating relationships.
"The currency of real networking is not greed but generosity." β Keith Ferrazzi
What's the best connection you've ever made through networking β and how did it happen? π€
Was it a chance conversation? A warm introduction? A Thursday morning meeting? π
Drop it below β we'd love to hear it. π
Adam Yetter has lived in Houston his entire life. Fourth-generation Houstonian. And yet β until he joined BNI Westside about a year and a half ago, he felt like something was missing.
"Until I plugged into BNI, I just didn't have the toolbox that I do now β and BNI has provided that in the last year and a half, even though I've been here my whole life."
Here's what that toolbox looks like in real life.
Adam helps people with Medicare. But his clients are whole people with needs that go way beyond healthcare. Because of BNI, when a client needs a contractor, a financial professional, a real estate agent β Adam can actually connect them with someone he knows and trusts. Someone he's sat across a table from every Thursday morning.
That's deepened his relationships with clients. Extended his reach. And given him something he didn't expect β a genuine sense of community in the city he's called home forever.
That's what BNI Westside does. For Adam. For our members. And it can do it for you too.
Curious what a room full of people genuinely rooting for your business looks like? We meet every Thursday at 7:00 AM at Midway BBQ. Comment VISIT below and we'll save you a seat.
Ready to talk Medicare β or know someone who is?
Here's how to reach Adam Yetter of YetterCare:
π± Call or text: 512-659-1579
(Adam's old school about this β he genuinely loves a phone call. If you're thinking of him, it's a perfect time to dial.)
π§ Email: [email protected]
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just a knowledgeable, trustworthy Houstonian who wants to make sure you understand your options and walk away feeling confident about your healthcare decisions.
Give Adam a call β or pass this along to someone who needs it. You might just change their life.
Do you know someone turning 65 in the next 12 months?
Right now that's anyone born in the second half of 1961 or the first half of 1962. They may not know it yet, but Medicare questions are coming β and the best time to get ahead of it is now, not after a deadline has passed.
Adam Yetter of YetterCare is exactly who they need to call.
Here are a few other people who would be a perfect introduction for Adam:
β Someone who is 66, 67, or 68 and planning to retire in the next 3 to 6 months β especially if they've been on employer coverage and haven't touched Medicare yet.
β Someone who already has Medicare but is frustrated, confused, or just feels like their plan isn't working for them. Adam says he can often solve in a 3-to-5 minute phone call what someone else would spend days trying to figure out on their own.
No matter where someone is in the process, Adam is a resource β not a salesperson. The first call is always just a conversation.
Know someone who fits any of this? Tag them below β Adam would love to connect. π

This week at BNI, Jason Donaldson with TemperaturePro Katy-Cypress gave a great presentation on everything homeowners need to know about heating and cooling.
HVAC is one of those things most people donβt think about until the house is too hot, too cold, or the air stops moving altogether. Jason did a great job breaking down what to watch for, why regular maintenance matters, and how the right HVAC company can help protect both your comfort and your home.
If the air donβt blow, call TemperaturePro.
Great job this week, Jason!
Ask Adam Yetter what his favorite BNI core value is and he'll tell you straight β with a little wisdom and a little edge.
He appreciates positive attitude deeply. "Accountability without positivity just sucks," he said. And honestly? He's not wrong.
But his favorite core value is lifelong learning.
Adam keeps a sign in his study that reads: I remain curious. He tries to stay in a beginner's mind β not just thinking about what he knows, but staying honest about how much he doesn't know yet, and being genuinely comfortable with that.
"Everything I do, I either succeed at it or I learn from it. I love success, and I love to learn β so every day is going to be a good day."
That's not a motivational poster. That's how Adam actually operates β with his clients, with his craft, and inside BNI Westside every week.
If you've been looking for a community that actually lives its values β not just talks about them β come experience it yourself. We meet every Thursday at 7:00 AM at Midway BBQ. Comment VISIT below and we'll save you a seat.
If someone you love is approaching Medicare age, share this post with them. Adam Yetter wants them to know this before they do anything else:
Timing matters. A lot.
Start asking questions 6 to 9 months before your 65th birthday. You don't need a stack of documents β you just need to start. There are two potential late enrollment penalties that, once applied, are permanent. There's no paying them off and moving on. They stay with you.
Still working past 65? That's completely fine β but don't wait until the week you retire. Adam recommends starting the conversation about 6 months before your target retirement date, especially if you've been deferring Medicare while on employer coverage.
And here's the reassuring part: you probably already know most of what you need. Your doctors. Your medications. What you're paying out of your paycheck for insurance. That's your starting point. The rest is just a conversation.
As Adam puts it: "I'm not the one who has to live with the decisions you make about Medicare. You do."
That's why he takes education so seriously. Adam isn't there to sell a plan. He's there to make sure you understand your options well enough to choose the right one for yourself.
Reach out to Adam directly β his contact info drops Thursday. And if you want to be around professionals who lead with education over sales, come visit BNI Westside. We meet every Thursday at 7:00 AM at Midway BBQ.
Here's what makes YetterCare different β and why it matters.
First: Adam Yetter shows up. In person. He'll drive to your kitchen table or meet you at your local public library β whichever works for you. In a world of phone trees and automated systems, there's something powerful about sitting across from a real person who slows down, explains it clearly, and answers your questions on the spot.
Second: most Medicare agents specialize in one type of plan β either Medicare Advantage OR Medicare Supplements. Not both. Adam has happy clients on both sides of that fence. He knows the PPOs, the HMOs, the supplements, the Medigap plans β all of it. So when you sit down with him, you're getting a full picture, not just whatever an agent happens to sell.
The decisions people make when coming onto Medicare can follow them for the rest of their lives. You want someone who knows all the options and has no reason to steer you wrong.
That someone is Adam.
We're proud to have him as part of BNI Westside β a chapter built on exactly this kind of professionalism. If you've ever wanted to be in a room full of people like Adam, come visit us. We meet every Thursday at 7:00 AM at Midway BBQ. Just show up.
If you work in any of these industries, Adam Yetter of YetterCare has been looking for you.
π¨ββοΈ Primary care doctors' offices β especially the staff fielding Medicare questions from patients every day without a trusted expert to send them to. Adam is that person.
βοΈ Disability attorneys β when a client qualifies for federal disability, Medicare follows. That's the exact moment Adam steps in.
π₯ Health insurance agents who don't specialize in Medicare β instead of leaving your client to figure it out alone, hand them off to someone you can trust to do right by them.
These aren't just business referrals. These are connections that can genuinely change someone's healthcare β and their life β for the better.
