Healing Alchemy Massage in Kona serves clients seeking freedom from pain, increased mobility, and vibrant holistic health overall. Brenna Moore, LMT is a highly trained bodyworker, practicing since 2003. Her approach is an integration of Hawaiian Lomilomi with Deep Tissue, Myofascial, Shiatsu, and Craniosacral. Each session is unique and designed to meet your body's needs. Brenna is also a certified Yoga Instructor, and offers her wisdom of 20 years of yoga practice/study to assist you in meeting your health goals.
Laundry!
Working into the forearm flexors here starting with medium pressure, then slowly sinking deeper. These muscles are responsible for gripping, typing, and so much of our daily movement, which means they often carry hidden tension. Deep work here can bring a surprising amount of relief, not just to the forearms but all the way into the wrists and hands.

The other day on a flight to Maui, the lady next to me asked if I wanted the window seat. She told me she lives here so it wasn’t a big deal to her. About a week ago I stopped to revel in the sunset at La’aloa, just immersed in the beauty, and overheard a couple guys kind of making fun of the tourists for watching the sunset. They were like “we see this every day, no big deal.” Damn, I hope I never feel that way. I’ve lived here 17 years and none of it gets old. I am continually, daily, moment by moment, in awe of this beautiful place I call home. 🌈

I love the Windy app, it shows lots of different weather conditions in real time. Isn’t it amazing how our maunas deflect the wind on the west side? Hope everyone is staying cozy and safe out there. ✨

Look at these gorgeous dahlias my client brought me today! You don’t see these everyday in Hawaii. I love my clients and I’m so grateful to be part of their self care and healing journeys. This particular client received sound healing with Himalayan bowls for her second time as part of her treatment, and she was really blown away by the power of the sound moving through her body, activating awareness and deepening breath. It’s powerful stuff!
