It has come to my attention that a review was recently posted about my services that contains inaccurate information regarding a missed appointment.

For transparency: the appointment in question was impacted by severe weather conditions that made travel unsafe. At no point was the situation due to car trouble, nor was it handled carelessly. Client safety and professionalism have always been top priorities in my business.

Unfortunately, I was not given the opportunity to respond directly to the review (she turned off comments) which is why I'm addressing it here.

As a small business owner of 9 successful years, false statements can be incredibly harmful. I have always operated with integrity, clear communication, and respect for my clients' time and trust. My track record, repeat clientele, and consistent professionalism speak for themselves.
