Hi my name is Stephanie Buxo, Ive person who has struggled with being overweight since I was you. When I tell you I tried just about everything on the market to lose the weight, yes it would work, but I would eventually get tired or bored of it and end of leaving it behind and all I lost was gained back and so much more. I was even considering Gastric Bypass Surgery! I did my research and was very hesitate about very scare not something I wanted to risk my life and my health for! I prayed on a daily basis asking God for help and one he answered! I found beach body or let's say beach body found me LOL!!! I saw the infomercial on T.V and was In love. I then joined beach body which I'm not going to lie was a bit scary and a struggle, I than started seeing results instantly which made me just want to keep on going... I Don't have to be worried about getting sick or even nauseous anymore, let's be honest my people you can get the results without doing the work.... I joined a challenge group and i was automatically in love the fact that for 30 days I can get all the motivation I need, I made friends and saw others going through what I was going through. My shakeology and clean eating plus my 30 min workouts everyday working hand in hand has made me the healthy girl I am now....


So now that I've been working at reaching my goal, I want to help you reach yours, Give a whole different perspective of health and fitness..... Help you enjoy reaching your goal without making it feel like a chore! As your coach and your friend I don't want to keep this just to myself..... If You're IN!!!!!
