In 2019, I had a vision and I wrote it into a business proposal. When I presented it to my class at River Valley, I was met with skepticism and sarcasm. I was slightly taken aback, but I didn't let it deter me. Today is five years after I registered Functional Wellness as a business. Sign up for recurring training personal sessions or purchase personal training packages and receive complimentary nutritional coaching for the long as you are a client of Functional Wellness.

Understanding and perfecting your personal nutrition is paramount to living an overall healthy life, as well as losing, gaining, or maintaining weight. It is. It is not possible to exercise your way out of a poor diet.

Clients who are interested in combining nutritional coaching with their training, will be given a nutritional packet after initial assessment. Follow-ups can be performed during personal training sessions there after or during separate appointments if necessary.
