Sometimes a figure appears—
quietly, without explanation—
and stands before us in the dream.

Not to instruct,
but to be encountered.

In the language of the psyche,
these figures are not separate from us.
They carry something we have not yet lived,
not yet seen,
not yet allowed into consciousness.

The dream does not hurry.
It returns, again and again,
until we are ready to listen.

Who came to you last night?
And what did they reveal—
not in words,
but in presence?

Some images return to us night after night—
quietly, persistently, almost as if they are waiting.

In Jungian work, repetition is not random.
It is the psyche circling something essential,
something not yet fully seen, felt, or integrated.

A toilet, a house, a road, a stranger…
Each symbol carries its own language.
Each one asks something of us.

Not to be solved—
but to be listened to.

What symbol keeps finding you in your dreams?
And what might it be asking of you?

Stairs return to me in dreams—
again and again.

Sometimes I am climbing.
Sometimes descending.
Sometimes standing in between,
unsure where the next step leads.

In the language of the psyche,
stairs are not just structures—
they are movement.
Between levels of consciousness.
Between what I know
and what is waiting to be known.

Each step holds a question:
Am I rising toward something?
Or being called deeper within?

✨ What appears again and again in your dreams?
✨ Where are you being guided?

Your dreams are not random.
They are a quiet dialogue with the soul.

“One does not become enlightened
by imagining figures of light,
but by making the darkness conscious.”
— C.G. Jung

Not all dream figures feel comforting.

Some disturb us.
Some confuse us.
Some we want to turn away from.

But often—
these are the ones carrying something essential.

Dreamwork creates space
to meet even these figures
with curiosity instead of fear.

🌑 What if the image that unsettles you
is also the one that holds a message?

WHAT IS DREAMWORK?
Dreams can bring forward feelings, conflicts, questions, possibilities, and parts of ourselves that are not yet fully conscious.
Dreamwork is a way of staying with the dream and exploring its images, associations, and emotions to discover what they might mean in your life. 🌟Akira Stuckey, MA, LCMHC, CHT🌟

Dreamwork isn’t about interpreting symbols in a fixed way.

It’s about learning how to listen.

In our work together, we slow down
and stay with the images, the feeling, the tone of the dream—

until something begins to unfold from within.

Often, what emerges is not an answer,
but a different kind of knowing.

There comes a time when what once worked
no longer feels alive.

Not because something is broken—
but because something within is changing.

Dreams often begin to speak more clearly at these times.

Not to take us backward,
but to guide us toward what is emerging.
