Hello to all of my clients!

Just a little update. I am still on the mend mobility wise from my rotator cuff but have started strengthening, so I am moving forward.
I am still unsure of the return date….

On the other hand 😂 My left wrist got cranky all the extra use and decided to grow a ganglion cyst making it hard the flex my wrist, which would’ve made it harder to do my job in the long run. I have had one of these before and is took 14 years to grow back.

That was removed today. Recovery time is estimated to be much quicker (a few weeks) and hopefully this will line up with my return back to the salon.  I will keep you posted.

I did want to inform everyone that my hours will be minimal.

Also, for those of you who did not know, Miss Plum had her cranky eyeball removed and so she is my recovery buddy for the next couple days.

I’m hoping to have more information with in the next two months ! I will keep you all posted ❤️

Just a little update:
Two weeks post-op! In case anyone missed it, this is what they found during surgery # 2 on my right shoulder, in medical terms 😂 Glenoid cartilage grade 2 defect posterior inferior quadrant
Humeral head cartilage intact
Anterior labrum inflamed
Posterior labrum inflamed, but repair from 10-12 o'clock
Superior labrum/biceps complex intact, but significantly inflamed changes to the bicep
Rotator cuff 1cm full thickness anterior supra tear

As for me… I just have a lot of incisions on my right arm and shoulder. Hopefully everything is now fixed and I don’t do any damage while I’m recovering..
Recovery so far..
Session of PT Down successfully. Not in too much pain afterwards, so that is always a good sign.
Plum is constantly on my lap, making sure I stay warm and have company all day long.
I’m in a sling for another two weeks and I go back to teaching next week.
As for my clients, I will be out of work for quite some time, but I will keep you updated along my recovery journey.

Thank you to all who have reached out to check on me and to all who have helped provide food and rides for me and my kiddos since I’m still unable to drive for another two weeks. When they say it takes a village in our case, it definitely does.

Meal Train for Tebaldi Family Bri is having rotator cuff surgery and will be in a sling for a month. Rehab will take 3-5 months

Hey!! Just here with an update ….
I have recently reached the three-month milestone postoperatively. Regrettably, my range of motion is not progressing as anticipated. Several setbacks have occurred, indicating that my recovery is likely to extend to the five-to-six-month mark. Please be assured that I will notify everyone upon my return, at which point I will implement an extremely scaled-back schedule.

As many of you know, I found out recently that I need to have shoulder surgery. I currently have some of the information.
Here is what I know as of Dec 27th I will be out of commission for a minimum of 6 weeks.
Anyone who has an appointment before then it is fine. I’m still working and I believe that I have contacted everybody who has scheduled an appointment for after the New year. Please feel free to send me a message. I have a few amazing stylists who are willing to temporarily take care of my wonderful clientele.
I will keep everybody updated as things progress on here or via text message.
