It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closing of Faded Times Barber Shop. The shop will officially close Saturday, October 27th at noon. My wife and I have made the difficult decision to relocate to the seacoast of New Hampshire to be closer to family and my wife’s job. This decision was not made lightly and involved many sleepless nights. I want you all to know that I have truly enjoyed being your barber and will miss all of you. I am grateful for your patronage and friendship over the years.

The Good News: Plans are in the works to have the barber shop continue to operate under a different name and owner. When this is official, I will post it on this FB page. As for me, I will most likely re-create Faded Times somewhere on the seacoast. So, if you find yourself passing through the east coast, be sure to look me up! Faded Times will be open on Wednesday, July 4th from 8AM – 5PM. The shop will be closed on Saturday, July 7th for the post-holiday weekend. Happy Independence Day!

This weekend, I attended the Connecticut Barber Expo at the Hartford Convention Center to stay current with the latest tools, techniques and products in the barbering profession. The expo provides barber education, product demonstration by top names in the industry, vendor booths, platform artists and barber competitions. It claims to be the largest barber expo in the world! I learned a lot, reconnected with some friends, and purchased some new products for you guys! As always, it was an incredible experience!
