Wax, wedding, and work - in Wisconsin. I had an amazing time with family celebrating my sweet cousin and her sweetie getting married earlier in October.
Brie shaping isn’t just for ladies, guys can get cleaned up too and still look masculine if that’s their preference.
I enjoyed getting my cousin and her childhood best friend/maid of honor freshly shaped and cleaned up my uncle and the groom as well to get them ready for the big day. I also got to do my cousins makeup for the wedding day and that was such a treat to go back to my beginnings in the beauty industry.

Losing both of your parents before you lose any of your grandparents hits pretty hard. It’s not the way it was meant to be in the way we grow up thinking about our mortality. Of course He has a plan for us all and I have to find comfort in that.

I am so thankful for my time with her and especially the recent years when we packed in so many amazing adventures together.

I appreciate the understanding of my family, friends, and clients in this extremely painful time in my life as I navigate how to move forward . . .

Well, there is no easy way to share this but here goes.

As many of you know my mother has been in a long fight with stage 4 lung cancer. Jan 31 2020 was diagnosis day and she has proved the doctors wrong numerous times. Her will to survive and not give up has been nothing short of inspirational.

Unfortunately this week she has started her journey to the end. She chose to accept hospice care on Wednesday and we are en route to say our final goodbyes.

I will be taking this week off as I will be in Florida spending what little precious time I have left with her. I apologize for any inconveniences to my clients as I value you so much but I have to do this for me, and for her.

I will be reaching out to anyone on the schedule 9/30-10/3 to reschedule your appointment. Thank you so much for your understanding and compassion in this horribly painful time.

One year ago this month Bobby and I finally had our wedding after 16 years of being together. Now here we are again with 17 years under our belt.
