Having an associate program and getting the opportunity to mentor and guide these girls is one of the greatest responsibilities I’ve ever been given. 🤍
Before we stepped inside the salon today to hustle, we took a few minutes to slow down, head outside, take a deep breath, and talk through our class together. Sometimes the biggest lessons don’t happen behind the chair—they happen in moments like these.
I’m so proud of the women they’re becoming, not just as hairstylists, but as people. Watching their growth is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
