Today, we celebrate Labor Day here in the United States—a day dedicated to honoring the contributions, achievements, and hard work of American workers.
Behind every business, family, community, service, product, and accomplishment are people who show up, put in the effort, and keep things moving forward. Whether you work for a company, run your own business, care for your family, create with your hands, serve your community, or are building something from the ground up—your work matters. 💛
Labor Day is also a beautiful reminder that rest matters, too. 🌿
We aren’t meant to constantly hustle, produce, and pour from an empty cup. Taking a moment to slow down, breathe, reconnect with ourselves, and enjoy the people and things we love is part of wellness, too.

🌿 A Little Business Update from Nourish with Nature 🌙
Coming home has felt really, really good. ❤️
Between getting home from our trip, working, Instacarting, unpacking, organizing things I didn’t get a chance to take care of before we left, and catching up on things that were supposed to be done back in June… I’m finally getting some time to breathe and refocus.
And honestly? Putting time and energy back into my business feels amazing. ✨
I’ve been spending some time reconnecting with my vision for Nourish with Nature, getting organized, reaching out to other local businesses and wellness practitioners, and talking about some really exciting collaborations and opportunities for October. I’m especially excited about the possibility of partnering with others to offer oracle and tarot readings, along with other holistic wellness experiences.
It feels so good to reconnect with my community and start becoming active on my social media again. It’s been a few months since I’ve really been able to put the time and energy into growing this side of my business, and I’m excited to get back into it! 🌿
There are so many things I want to create, share, and experience with you all—from aromatherapy education and handcrafted products to lunar wellness, oracle readings, collaborations, and more.
Nourish with Nature is growing, evolving, and finding its way into a new chapter—and I’m so excited to see where it goes. 🌙✨
