By Design is looking for an individual (Barber or Cosmotologist)who has a desire to do exceptional work and wants to have great conversations with their client in a pretty cool atmosphere.

This person does not need to have the level of skills that can only be built with time. The owner and your co-worker will invest if you invest. Pretty simple. If you're a tenured barber or stylist, please apply!

Must have's:

Current Wa. State License
Quality set of shears
Professional attire

What we provide:

17-20$/HR base plus commission(35-50%DOE) on service(whichever is higher)
Oster corded clippers and starting cutting heads
(Yours to keep after 90 days)
