This Mother’s Day, give her something she truly needs.

Time to slow down.Space to breathe.A moment for herself.

A gift card to The Wellness Loft is a simple way to say thank you—for all she gives, all she carries, and all she does.

Gift cards are available in any amount and can be purchased online or in studio.

We’re growing—with intention 🤍

Please welcome Erika Sillon, LMT to The Wellness Loft.

Erika brings a grounded, integrative approach to bodywork—blending the structural relief of Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release + Cupping with the subtle, restorative flow of Reiki. Her sessions are never one-size-fits-all, but thoughtfully designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Rooted in both therapeutic technique and holistic care, Erika’s work is about more than relief—it’s about helping you reconnect, realign, and feel at home in your body again.

We can’t wait for you to experience her work, her schedule opens next week.
