The FIR (Far Infrared) Sauna is our most time efficient reset on a fall day in Maine ⤵️

Far infrared warms the body from the core. This is a deeper heat that penetrates the muscles while the space remains breathable.

Different from a steam sauna, ours is a dry, gentle heat with built in chromotherapy (light therapy).

And the best part? ⤵️

It’s private. This is our version of “do not disturb.”

Our clients see the benefit of standalone sessions, however, the clients that book ahead of a massage or facial see their nervous system settle in, their muscles soften, and their skin respond differently.

The work can go even further when paired alongside your full length service.

We offer 30 min, 45 min, and 60 min sessions.

And- our FIR sauna has a 2 person capacity, so you can bring company!

September has always been our favorite month in the Kennebunks. The light drops lower and yet it still remains warmer. There’s a pace that drops down a gear while the calendar stays booked.
