Even the greatest intentions can fall flat without the aligned actions. It's one thing to care, but it's another thing to know how to action that care.

Anything meaningful you want to achieve requires a strong foundation on which to stand. Because life will inevitably test you time and time again. But when your foundations are strong, nothing can shake you or knock you down.

Sometimes you have to learn what you don't want before you can figure out what it is that you truly want. What you think you want is based on what you know and what you know is limited to your past experiences. The more knowledge you gain, the more you realize how much you don't know.

If you only focus on the end goal you miss the journey. But when you focus on how you are showing up right now you become less likely to make errors and thus produce better results. You can't change the past but you most certainly can create a better future.

You can't control how others respond, you can only control how you show up. Focusing on how you show up is supposed to be an empowering thing. But focusing on how you show up in toxic environments isn't an empowering thing unless there is truly no escape from that environment. Empowerment in that situation looks like leaving the toxicity behind and creating a new beautiful place for yourself. Because it's not just about how you show up for others, it's also about how you show up for yourself.

People who are truly lazy are happy and content with where they are in life, they don't want anything more and that's okay. But sometimes people who want to do better fail to take the actions because they don't know how they will achieve their goals or because they don't believe in their ability to achieve their goal.

You don't always have to know where you are going, sometimes you just have to take action. Always keep moving forwards because no effort is ever lost.

Hard work alone doesn't guarantee results. Sometimes there can be a fine line between being rigid and being disciplined. If you don't give your full efforts then you'll never know what would have happened if you had tried, but if you stick with something that isn't working then you'll only hurt yourself.

Work hard and work smart, be willing to adapt. Being flexible isn't about giving up on the goal, it's about finding the path of least resistance. With intelligence anything can be achieved.
