Sometimes clients come in and it’s like they’ve been traumatized by past experiences with other hairstylists. 😳

We need to make sure that we are always being professional and meet clients with positive, reassuring attitudes. Whether they are meeting you for the first time or they are a returning client, treat people with kindness, always. ☝🏾✨

Just think of what you would want for yourself, that tends to help people grasp the concept lol. Whatever you would want, try to be that same thing for someone else. 🥰

People can quickly decide the first time you say something to them whether or not they’ll come back to you or not. So just keep that in mind. 🧠

Life has been good 😊 I mean, of course, there have been major hiccups during this time but what good is it to complain about it at this point. You know what I mean? 😂
