We focused on calming, hydrating/myofascial tension release and sculpting. I sent her home with Dermathods Triple Action cooling sheet masks with centella asiatica and ceramides that calms irritated skin, restores the barrier, and deeply hydrates.

Diosa Sculpt & Release Facial
A deeply relaxing 1 hour reset designed to restore balance, release deep facial tension, and calm the nervous system. (Includes cleanse, light exfoliation, moisturize, spf)

This treatment begins with cupping to gently prepare the tissue and support fluid movement. I then proceed with myofascial techniques using sustained pressure and slow gentle stretching to release tension. I incorporate your scalp(crown) as it is also very important to release the tight muscles there since they tend to bring everything down, (I always make sure to ask if you're okay leaving with an oily scalp😅)
We finish with lymphatic drainage using light, rhythmic movements to support fluid flow, reduce stagnation, and guide your body into a deeply relaxed state.
