Today’s conditioning workout!!
Bear with me and my digital drawing skills.

Poles in a line (straight ish) 😂

SOO versatile!!
Serpentines (red)
Trotting big circles around 2 poles (orange)
Small trotting circles in a line (turquoise)
Side step, counter bend across poles keeping line tight (green)

There’s a lot you can do here!!
Remember, there’s no wrong way to work ground poles!

Meet Demo Neighstration “Demo”. He never argues about pressure, stands perfectly for every session, and is always willing to help demonstrate horse anatomy.
🐴😂🤍

You can find him popping up from time to time to help out too!!

What is your competition superstition??

The withers act as a connection point between the neck, shoulders, back, and rib cage. When the muscles and fascia around this area become restricted, it can show up as:
Short front-end stride
Trouble lifting the back
Resistance bending
Saddle sensitivity
Stiff through turns
Difficulty collecting

The withers do a lot more than you think!
