Happy 4th! My family is spending this amazingly hot (finally!) day out on the boat, which we are planning on watching the fireworks from. We've never watched them from the river before so we're excited. How are you spending the day?

First glimpse at my new space. I was so excited when I saw this office had the same brick in it. I think my black and gold wall is my favorite thing and now I don't have to leave it behind!! Super big thank you to my husband for painting all the grout....again!! Lol I can't wait to be in here!

Good morning Facebook friends. I made a goal this year to post more often. I'm hoping for at least 2 a month and I'll go from there. Easing my way in. I think that's better for me than jumping right in with a goal of 5 posts a week. What do you guys think? Would you dive in or stick a toe in to "test the waters"? Lol.

I get questions about cupping all the time. What is it? Does it hurt? What does it do? Will it leave those marks like Michael Phelps?

Cupping is a massage modality that's been around for a LONG time. About 3550 years, long time.
It is a strange feeling the first time you get it done but it should never hurt.
The idea behind cupping is to apply a negative pressure to release stagnation and improve circulation. Purported benefits include: Pain relief, increased range of motion, headache relief and improved circulation.
There are quite a few different kinds of cups. The ones I offer are: silicone = slightly less suction, won't easily leave marks and hard plastic = suctions more and more easily leaves marks.
