As I begin preparing for my **2027 Wedding & Event calendar**, I’ve been thinking a lot about how I can make the entire experience even more organized, personal, and enjoyable for everyone involved. 🖤

There is SO much that happens behind the scenes of a wedding or special event. Long before I ever pick up a makeup brush or styling tool.

There are consultations, trials, inspiration photos, timelines, locations, travel, getting-ready schedules, bridal parties, product preparation, kit organization, communication, and all of those tiny details that help everything come together beautifully.

And going into 2027, I want to make sure I have the time to give **all of those details the attention they deserve.** ✨

Because of that, I’m making a few changes to my Wedding & Event booking process.

✨ **EVERYTHING STARTS WITH A CONSULTATION**

All **Wedding, Bridal, Formal & Event Hair + Makeup services** will require an **in-person pre-consultation before booking.**

This gives us dedicated time together to talk about your vision, inspiration, date, location, services, timeline, number of people, travel, trials, pricing, and all the little details that make your event uniquely yours.

🖤 **All consultations are non-refundable.**

Your consultation reserves dedicated professional time specifically for you and your event, including the planning and preparation that begins behind the scenes.

Please keep in mind that completing a consultation or submitting an inquiry does **not automatically reserve your event date.** Your date is officially secured once all required booking steps have been completed.

💍 **BRIDAL STYLING : $500+–$1,500+**

My Bridal Styling experience includes a consultation and trials, custom long-wear styling, veil placement, and a complimentary touch-up kit for your big day.

*Made to last through tears, laughter, and dancing all night.* ✨

All Formal & Bridal Looks require a **pre-consultation prior to booking.**

💄 **LUXURY MAKEUP**

**All Makeup Services require a consultation.**

This includes Bridal, Event, SFX, Cosplay & Halloween Makeup.

Event and Bridal Makeup will also require **trials prior to the event or wedding**, giving us the opportunity to perfect your look ahead of time instead of figuring out those details on the day of your event.

Beginning in **2027, a $400 non-refundable booking deposit** will be required to officially reserve your Wedding or Event booking.

💍 **A NEW REQUIREMENT FOR 2027 WEDDINGS**

Beginning in 2027, all weddings booked with Hair & Beauty By Missy will require a **professional wedding planner or professional day-of coordinator.**

This is something I’m especially excited about because it allows everyone involved to focus on what they do best. 🖤

Your planner/coordinator can focus on your overall wedding timeline, vendors, schedule, and all of the moving pieces happening throughout the day. While I can focus my time and attention on **you, your Hair + Makeup, preparation, and making sure my portion of your morning runs as smoothly and beautifully as possible.**

It also gives us another professional point of communication during the planning process, which means more organization behind the scenes and fewer things for **you** to worry about on your wedding day. ✨

Because of this, all 2027 weddings will require a professional wedding planner or professional day-of coordinator, unless alternative arrangements have been discussed and approved with me during your in-person consultation.

Bridal Makeup will also continue to be offered on a **limited basis and by inquiry only.**

📅 **CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING**

Wedding and Event appointments require a minimum of **72 hours' notice** for cancellations or rescheduling.

🖤 **PLANNING SOMETHING SPECIAL IN 2027?**

Whether you're planning a wedding, gala, formal event, photoshoot, cosplay, Halloween event, or another special occasion, your first step will simply be to **start with a consultation.**

These changes aren't about making the booking process more complicated... They're actually about giving me **more time for you.**

More time to plan.
More time to prepare.
More time to communicate.
More time for all of those behind-the-scenes details.

Ultimately, more time to make sure that when your big day finally arrives, we aren't scrambling to figure things out. We've already done the work together. 🖤✨
