She came into this training not knowing how to make a fan… and left understanding the why behind what she’s doing, not just the how. 🤎

We worked through isolation, posture, placement, technique, and all those little details that make a lash artist good and she absolutely understood the assignment.

She asked ALL the right questions, was already thinking ahead, stayed completely coachable, and even when she struggled, she laughed, regrouped, and kept moving. THAT is the kind of mindset that will take you far in this industry. 👏🏼

Watching her go from “I don’t know how to do this” to “okay, I GOT IT” was everything. 🥹

And let me just say 🫶 I don’t take being a trainer & mentor lightly. My goal isn’t to just teach you how to lash. It’s to teach you how to think like an artist, understand your craft, protect your body with proper posture, troubleshoot your work, and build confidence in your skill.

She is passionate. She is knowledgeable. She is coachable. And she is HUNGRY to learn. 🔥

So proud of the work we did together and even more excited to watch where she takes it from here.
