As you read this, how are you sitting? (Or maybe standing?) Feel your feet on the floor and your sit bones on your seat. Slowly shift more of your weight to one side and notice any changes. You don’t need to go so far that you are leaning or uncomfortable. A subtle shift is a simple way to be more aware of your body. Can you keep this up while you are on the computer?
