4 YEARS of Melissa 🙌🏻
We couldn’t let this milestone pass without celebrating someone who truly helps us the most.
Melissa is our salon coordinator, the backbone of our front desk, our problem-solver, our calm in the chaos — and yes, our “tough guy” when needed 💪
On any given day, she’s juggling multiple checkouts, answering nonstop calls, keeping the salon flowing, cleaning up after all of us, and handling tough situations with confidence and grace… all while making it look effortless.
Let’s be real — She makes big decisions, often behind the scenes, and carries more than most people ever see.
But what makes Melissa truly special? The relationships she’s built. So many of you walk through our doors and immediately look for her — and we don’t blame you 😊
She is a huge part of the experience at Kalon, and we are beyond grateful for everything she does.

Last but not least… meet Trina 🤍
With over 20 years of experience behind the chair, Trina is truly an amazing hairdresser. Fun fact: she used to work here when it was Studio 75… and now she’s found her way back home.
She joined our team over the holiday season and has been exactly what we needed. Whether she’s making sure everyone is well-fed or lending a helping hand, she brings so much heart to our salon—on and off the floor.
When she’s not behind the chair, Trina loves spending time with her family. She’s a proud and supportive girl mom, enjoys baking, and finds her peace in her garden

Meet Lulu — our bubbly Scorpio queen and the ultimate hype girl!
She brings the best energy to the salon and loves making every guest feel confident and taken care of. Her laugh is contagious and she’s full of content creativity.
When she’s not behind the chair you’ll probably find her indulging in retail therapy, painting, or spending time with her fur babies.
Drink order: Iced chai or a matcha with oat milk. Favorite service: Custom lightening and natural enhancements — perfect for those soft, dimensional looks that brighten you up while still feeling natural.

Next up in our team reintroduction — meet Torry!
Torry is a Scorpio, boy mom, that brings the major summer energy! If she has a drink in hand it’s probably an iced white mocha! She has a true love for creating seamless extensions and dreamy, lived-in balayage.
Torry’s chair is all about effortless dimension, confidence, and hair that feels just as good as it looks.

Meet Danielle 🙌🏻
Danielle is considerate, creative, and all about making you feel your absolute best. Carefree and fun, she creates an experience that’s just as good as the final look. She especially loves doing Balayages and event hairstyles.
A proud cat mom and earth lover, Danielle finds joy in the little things, and you’ll usually catch her with an iced matcha with coconut milk in hand while she works her magic.

This week is Seth’s turn!
Bringing the major Virgo energy behind the chair, Seth is detail-oriented, intentional, and all about creating a polished final look. He’s especially known for his fabulous blowouts and the elevated experience he gives every guest.
A self-proclaimed perfume and skincare addict, Seth loves anything that adds a little luxury to the everyday, and you’ll usually find him with his favorite drink from 7 Brew in hand.
