There’s a moment in almost every acne journey where it starts to feel like nothing will work. You’ve spent the money, tried the products, watched it come back, and quietly wondered if clear skin just isn’t in the cards for you.

Here’s one truth I want every client to understand: acne isn’t a phase you wait out, and it isn’t only skin-deep. It’s a chronic condition, one that often begins internally, influenced by hormones, gut health, inflammation, and stress long before it shows up on the surface.
