Starting March 1st our semi-private barber room we will have two chairs available for rent
🔸 Ideal for experienced barbers with a base clientele
🔸 Flat monthly rent rate
🔸 Rent includes use of barber station, small public-free break room (w/ refrigerator and microwave), shampoo products & stations, laundry supplies & machines, cleaning supplies, Wi-Fi, and TV
🔸 Barber chairs are visible to Hwy 50, high visibility/traffic exposure
🔸 Parking Lot, Street, and Designated Handicap spot available for clients
🔸 Barbers set desired hours, use desired booking system
🔸 Location is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, gym, and grocery store

Requirements:
🔸 Must have a valid WI license
🔸 Must supply own tools, equipment, capes, and styling/retail products
🔸 Willing to take new clients, based on barber's availability/services offered
🔸 Must be comfortable with stylists working within the same establishment in other semi-private rooms

We offer two types of starting pay rates to fit your situation:
🔸Straight hourly pay, between
$15 -$20/hr
🔸Split Hourly/Commission pay rate at $15 Hourly/50% Commission (whichever is greater each week)

ASSISTANT POSITION - perfect for someone looking to gain real world experience while finishing school to get a headstart on their career.
