If you or anyone you know would like to rent one or multiple rooms located in our largest location on Green Bay road for your own beauty related brand / business (except Nail Services), please contact us and take advantage of the high traffic exposure Utopia has to offer. You’ll be able to establish your brand/business in one of the busiest salons in the area, with thousands of clients in and out every week.
Rent includes utilities, parking and CAM.
We have 3 rooms available
Room 1: 12x12
Room 2: 11x11 (with built in cabinet and sink)
Room 3: 9x11
We do offer multi-room discount.
