Typically one skin cell cycle for someone in their 20’s is 28 days and is what gives us our young, youthful glow and why once a month is what’s recommend 🧑🔬✨
However as we get older the process starts to slow significantly at around every 45-65 days and is why we start to see more fine lines and wrinkles and even sun damage come to the surface from the dermis layer. Coco enzyme is one of my favorite ways to exfoliate the skin gently and is great for all skin types even sensitive and acne ✨

Before- skin is slightly red and dry, little bit of buildup in t-zone✨
After- skin is rebalanced, redness is addressed and soothed, T- zone buildup extractions, and skin is supple and happy ✨
