Thanks Jaxson Thomas for reaching out to me about offering some free summer haircuts to kids!!! Also shoutout to Aj's Restaurant & Deli for bringing us some lunch to pass out!! It turned out to be a great event! I look forward to doing more of these in the future! Also special thanks to Kenosha Police Department , Smar-Tea’s, and Trini's Ice Cream Shoppe for donating snacks, fans and ice cream vouchers!

Yesterday Jaxson Thomas reached out to me and asked if I could set aside some time to offer free haircuts to help kids set off their summer and of course I agreed! If you know Jaxson you know he’s all about helping and providing for others and if you know me then you know I’m the same! So I’m so happy and excited to do this collab!

Monday mornings will be spent here!3weeks in and I’ve already meet so many amazing people. I’m so blessed for this opportunity. Thank you Jami and Alvin for recommending this position to me.

Say hello to Q, our newest barber! She shares: "Born in Chicago and raised in Kenosha, I've been licensed as a cosmetologist for 13 years. During free time, I like to hang with my husband and 3 kids. I also enjoy going to church, outside walks, bike rides, and music festivals!" Come say hi to Q on Mondays, 9-12... we are so excited to welcome her into our community!

Definitely enjoyed ourselves at the parade and afterwards! We stopped at BLAK Coffee Kenosha and got some hot chocolate and supported the HBCU fundraiser, got face paintings from Blue House Books, enjoyed the free petting zoo sponsored by Cut Stone and then got some refreshing drinks from The Sipster Mobile Bar!
