Beautiful lips are often built in stages 💋

Starting with thinner lips, gradual enhancement over time allows for better product integration, more customization, and beautifully natural-looking results. Taking a staged approach can also help reduce the risk of overfilling and lip filler migration by allowing the tissue to properly heal and adapt between treatments.

1 syringe → heal → reassess → refine ✨

Sometimes slower = safer, softer, and more balanced results.

Subtle enhancement. Strategic placement. Natural balance. ✨
Using only 2.2 mL of dermal filler, this treatment focused on lateral cheek support and soft correction of chin shadows to restore facial harmony while respecting the client’s request for a very natural outcome.
Strategic placement helped create improved midface support, softer transitions, enhanced facial balance, and a more refreshed appearance — proving that sometimes less product, placed correctly, creates the most beautiful result. 💉🤍

Some clients return at 6–8 weeks after Botox treatment requesting a “touch-up” or saying their Botox “didn’t work.”

What’s important to understand is that Botox reaches its full effect around 2 weeks after treatment, then typically plateaus for several weeks before gradually wearing off over time.

By 6–8 weeks post-treatment, the product is already moving through part of its natural duration cycle — especially in patients with stronger facial muscles, faster metabolism, high activity levels, or lower starting doses.
This is why true Botox touch-up assessments are ideally performed around 14 days post-treatment, when the final result can be properly evaluated and balanced if needed.

Aesthetic treatments also require maintenance. Botox is not permanent, and longevity varies from person to person depending on anatomy, muscle strength, dosing, lifestyle, and treatment history.
Dose = duration.
Timing matters.
Treatment planning matters.

Your elbows often reveal age, sun damage, collagen loss, and chronic friction long before we notice it elsewhere. Thickened skin, creasing, dryness, discoloration, laxity, and rough texture are all common concerns — but they can often be improved with a customized aesthetic approach targeting different layers of the skin and tissue.

Treatment options may include:
• Skin resurfacing treatments to improve rough texture and pigmentation
• Biostimulators to support collagen production and skin quality
• RF microneedling to tighten crepey or lax skin
• PRP/PRF or regenerative treatments to improve tissue health and healing
• Medical-grade skincare and chemical peels to soften thickened, dry skin
• PDO monothreads for subtle tightening and collagen support
• Hydrating injectables/skin boosters to improve elasticity and overall appearance
Just like the face, the elbows age through changes in the skin, collagen, fat, and tissue quality — meaning the best results usually come from treating the area comprehensively rather than relying on a single treatment alone.

Healthy, smoother, brighter-looking elbows can make the arms appear more youthful, elegant, and refined overall.

The upper inner arms are one of the most commonly overlooked areas of aging.
As collagen, elastin, muscle tone, and skin quality decline over time, this delicate area can develop crepey texture, laxity, thinning skin, and volume changes — even in healthy, active individuals.
At Best Filler Injector, we take a layered, regenerative approach to arm rejuvenation by customizing treatments based on skin quality, tissue laxity, and overall anatomy.
Treatment options may include:
• Biostimulators to support collagen production and improve skin density
• PDO monothreads for skin tightening and collagen remodeling
• RF microneedling (Morpheus8/eMatrix) to improve texture and crepey skin
• PRP/PRF or PDGF for regenerative skin support
• Skin boosters and mesotherapy for hydration and skin quality
• Combination protocols for more advanced laxity and tissue thinning
Because the inner arm skin is thin and mobile, treatment selection and injection depth matter significantly for both safety and natural-looking outcomes.
A personalized consultation allows us to determine which layer of aging is contributing most — skin, collagen support, soft tissue, or laxity — and build a treatment plan accordingly.

True aesthetic rejuvenation is not about “filling wrinkles” — it’s about understanding and treating the face layer by layer.
Every facial layer ages differently, which is why choosing the correct treatment matters.
✨ The 5 basic facial layers:
1️⃣ Skin
Texture, pigmentation, elasticity, pores, and hydration.
Treatments: medical-grade skincare, chemical peels, IPL, microneedling, PRF/PDGF, lasers, SkinVive.
2️⃣ Fat Pads
Loss or shifting of facial fat can create hollowness or heaviness.
Treatments: dermal fillers, biostimulators, collagen stimulators, facial balancing.
3️⃣ Muscles
Repeated muscle movement creates dynamic lines and changes facial expression over time.
Treatments: neurotoxins such as Botox for muscle modulation and softening expression lines.
4️⃣ Ligaments & Support Structures
As facial support weakens, tissues descend and facial contours change.
Treatments: PDO threads, structural filler placement, collagen stimulation therapies.
5️⃣ Bone Structure
Bone resorption with aging changes projection and facial support.
Treatments: deep structural filler placement to restore foundational support and harmony.

Aesthetic treatment outcomes are strongly dependent on selecting the right treatment based on each patient’s morphological skin type, anatomy, aging pattern, and tissue quality.
