Happy 4th of July!! Things have been a whirlwind and also amazing since we’ve been back! We are strongly sticking to all of our protocols and have had nothing but respect from all of our clients🙌🏻Thank you so much for making this new “normal” as smooth as possible... we are all loving our new space and feeling inspired more than ever;)

So my brain has been on overload the last couple of days.... Here are some extra things that I forgot to mention on top of all the extra protocols🤪

** Salons are legally allowed to open May 15th BUT just because were allowed to open doesn’t mean all of us will be working at that time.. As independent stylists please respect that we will be choosing our own opening dates as we feel comfortable to do so

* Online booking will remain OFF- Each stylist will decide if and when they want to utilize that again!

* If you had an appointment that was missed during shutdown your stylist will contact you.

* All future appointments will be made directly through your stylist which means you can text or message them (don’t call the salon)

* If you had an appointment beyond our opening date of May 15th already you still do...BUT please if you don’t feel comfortable being out.. or you did your own hair etc....let your stylist know to cancel/reschedule that appointment as we have long lists of clients to get in

* All check out procedures and scheduling of future appointments will happen at your stylist’s station

* We will no longer be doubling booking because it’s safest for people to stay in one spot, which means less appointments in a day

* Each station and shampoo bowl will be sanitized in between each use

* The shampoo area is now designated as a “quiet zone” because our faces are just too close to each other to talk .... so use that time to just relax!!

I think that about covers all the new things to expect and know:)

Well most of you have probably heard the news today.. Salons are officially allowed to open back up on May 15!! Although we are all excited and ready to get back to work, we are all feeling a lot overwhelmed with what the new normal will look like and not to mention rescheduling SO many missed appointments! So please know that we will contact you, our phones blowing up won’t be helpful:) ... please email in entirety.

Some things to know as we move forward with keeping everyone as safe as possible.

**ONLINE BOOKING IS OFF

** if your symptomatic or have been around people who are ...we will have to reschedule

** there could be an extra color charge if we need to mix a larger amount of color or if it’s a color correction

NEW PROCEDURES

1. You must wait in your car and text/call us when you arrive and we will let you know that we are ready for you to come in. ( no waiting in the waiting room)

2. Clients and staff will be wearing a mask upon entering the salon, if you do not have one, we will have some for purchase

3. Must use hand sanitizer at the front desk

4. You can NOT bring any extra people to your appointment, unless your child is receiving a service that is the only exception to the rule.

5. We will not be able to serve drinks anymore.. the less touchables the better. Feel free to bring your own.

I know it seems like a lot but these new rules will help us and you stay as safe as possible while allowing us to get back to what we love:)

To all my fellow stylists!! Doing hair isn’t just our job...it is our passion! I for one am seriously missing my work, it’s what I’ve done for 19 years and I’m really missing my art and my clients.. Hopefully we will be behind the chair soon 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Unfortunately we still don’t have a date that we can reopen 😭.. which means we can’t start with the rescheduling process just yet.. fingers crossed that they will give us some sort of a idea when that may be soon?!

In the meantime we are working on what our new policies and procedures will be to keep everyone as safe as possible for our new normal! We will be contacting all of our missed appointments as soon as we know more 😘
