Salon Euphoria is looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist Service Providers and all guests to the salon by providing assistance in person as well as via phone and e-mail, booking appointments or rescheduling arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Working days and times: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4:00 pm until close (with potential to fill in for other coordinator as needed)

To be successful as a Front Desk Coordinator, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive with a friendly demeanor, willing to meet each challenge directly and have the ability to learn on the fly. Front Desk Coordinators must be comfortable with computers, Social Media, Retail Sales, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Front Desk Coordinators should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

Front Desk Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Handling front desk tasks, such as client card filing, handling opening and closing duties independently and assisting with reordering supplies.
• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and maintaining accurate scheduling books.
• Making sure inventory is accurate and accounted for.
• Maintaining cleanliness of all common areas of the salon.
• Using computers to generate reports, running all social media platforms and maintain proper books.
• Greet and assist visitors.
• Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Anticipate the needs of clients and Service Providers alike in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Front Desk Coordinator Requirements:
• Previous Retail Sales is required.
• Prior salon experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
• Social Media Guru a major bonus!
• Great Attention to detail.
• Multilingual is a bonus.
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

For 40+ years now we have been a full service salon that is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday. Our service options include hair, nails, eyelash extensions, facials, and waxing. Salon Euphoria takes pride in our solid history of providing guests with memorable beauty experiences. We are dedicated to maintaining a safe, positive and stress free atmosphere for our clients as well as our employees.

Our salon is located in the heart of Kent on Washington Ave. We are currently looking for licensed Cosmetologists. Dual certification is a plus. These positions can be full time or part time depending on your availability. Our ideal candidates are those who are willing to grow with our business and clientele. Must come to work everyday with a positive attitude and be willing to stop at nothing to put a smile on your client's face.
