BOTOX® Cosmetic (onabotulinumtoxinA) is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe forehead lines, crow’s feet, frown lines, and vertical bands connecting the neck and jaw (platysma bands) in adults.

Successful candidates will be detail oriented and must be able to work in a fast paced, multitasking environment.
The position consists of:
- High-volume phone and in-person patient contact
- Customer service
- Electronic medical records management
- Registering patients
- Patient insurance verification
- Payment posting
- Understanding commercial insurance and Medicare
Administrative responsibilities are a major component of this position; however, the ideal candidate will also be able to assist nurses as needed.
Job type: Full-Time position Monday through Friday
Must have 1-year medical office experience (Required)
