Community workout first Saturday of every month at 9am, folks! See y'all there!

Thank you for another great Community Workout! We really enjoyed meeting everyone and we hope to see you again!

See y'all there bright and early!!!

5KPD this Saturday at Singing Wind Park! Run starts at 7:15 a.m. sharp! We are pushing back the time due to the sun coming up a little later and we want everyone to see the trail clearly. Ruben from Unity Fitness will be getting us warmed up before we hit the trail! Park in the Olympic Pool parking lot and let's go! Help us spread the word for a great turnout!
