Due to the holiday Monday.
I have decided to cancel class for tomorrow!

Everyone enjoy your three day weekend and I will see you Wednesday!

Sometimes things happen and you have to work with it.

As everyone knows, many friends, families, and locals were flooded out of their homes, offices, work spaces etc. This is like if last year's flood and the 2002 flood joined forces. It is unimaginable.

The yoga room is now being used as another massage space so that a local massage therapist, can continue to provide for her family while her work space is being cleaned out.

So for at least the next two weeks, my UKY classes at humblingBloom are canceled.

If you remember, during covid I made many videos and they are all still up on YouTube! So if you need a yoga fix. You know where to find it. If you start doing daily yoga through those videos and feel inclined to venmo, you can. BUT I just want you to use the resources.

If anything, now is the time to try and find a little bit of calm and relaxation to center ourselves as we all dive back into recover mode, or for some of us that never got out. We will just keep treading the overwhelming task that is recovery.
