Find Malibu C, The Gel Bottle and AG. I am Francesca, the owner of Chic Beauty Studios now located in Kerrville, Texas, inside Envy Salon & Studio. I specialize in nail enhancements, at-home extensions and dry manicures. I love the art of nails because it is universally-adored form of self-expression. I create with a variety of mediums including gels, foils, stamping and hand-painted art. I love learning about each of my guests as I am able to create even more unique sets after learning a bit about them.
