MTS Athlete Recovery Day 💪

We’re excited to team up with MTS Powerlifting for an exclusive Recovery Day for MTS athletes on November 8th from 8:30 AM–1:30 PM.

The goal is simple: give MTS athletes dedicated time to recover, improve mobility, address areas taking the most stress from training, and keep their bodies ready to perform.

Recovery sessions will be provided by the Move Better team and may include Sports & Medical Massage, cupping, IASTM, assisted stretching, and Kineon Red Light Therapy based on each athlete’s individual needs.

Happy to announce that Haitham Jaloudi is joining the Team Move Better family 🔥 Read below to learn more about our newest athlete! ⬇️

1) Originally from Palestine born & raised in America. Outside
sales rep with kellogg snacking department which is my dream career because of the work -life balance. Aside from my work my wife of 10 years & 7 year old son will always come first, seeking new adventures, traveling and making memories.
2) I’ve been an athlete my whole life witg football, basketball, kickboxing, MMA and now bodybuilding (mens physique) i competed in kickboxing & MMA for 4 years then after retiring in 2015 I decided to shift my focus to bodybuilding mens physique division. Was supposed to compete however was derailed due to covid and now have my sights set on OCB cincinnati November 8th finally making my stage debut.
3) My biggest accomplishment has to be earning a promotion which led to relocating my family to a better city and becoming a first time homeowner.
4) Over the next year i look to win a few shows, earn my pro card and potentially land lucrative sponsorships while being the best father & husband.
5) Being pro small local business is very important to me and having knowing Chris’s knowledge of training & recovery from our anytime fitness days making it more family environment. This is my very first sponsorship so being apart of something growing is nothing short of a blessing 💯 looking forward to bringing my recovery, performance and help build myself along with the team.

Happy Father’s Day to all of the dads in our community!
While many fathers are spending today with family, many others are working, providing, serving, coaching, traveling, or doing whatever is needed to take care of the people they love. Fatherhood doesn’t take a day off.

I’ll be working today myself, but I’m grateful for the opportunity to help others while continuing to build a future for my family.
To all of the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures out there: thank you for your hard work, sacrifice, guidance, and support.
