Got to see the boys and we may have a new salon mascot!!

OK for those of you who do not know; at one time I did do personal training.
It was a couple years out . I was really into working out, thought being a hairdresser was no longer my thing however, fast-forward I kind of got in a slump and now I’m back into working out really good again.
I’ve had a few people ask me if I was still training people however I am not actually certified, but I do know a thing or two about it.
With that being said, I have contemplated with the possibility of doing a small workout at the shop, Maybe on Monday evenings, the space would be limited and the cost is unknown at this point.
Would anyone be interested in doing a small one hour session at the salon on Monday evenings?!

With 34 years behind the chair, I’ve built my career around the creativity, conversations, and beautiful connections that happen in a salon space—and I truly can’t imagine doing anything else.

Crossroads Salon is more than just a salon to me—it’s a cozy rustic-boho retreat, filled with warm textures, soft earthy tones, and a relaxed, welcoming energy. It’s a place where you can slow down, breathe, and feel completely at home while you’re being cared for. ✨🌿

My goal is simple: to help every guest who sits in my chair feel beautiful, confident, and authentically themselves—inside and out.

When I’m not in my little boho haven, I’m a mom, Mamaw, daughter, and workout enthusiast, soaking up time with my family, staying active, and enjoying this beautifully busy life I’ve been blessed with.
