Psa: do not buy Olaplex from Giant Eagle, or any grocery store 💀
Olaplex only supplies authorized retailers (Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom & select websites)
This is product diversion & it is a huge problem in this industry. It was (likely unknowingly) purchased from an unauthorized supplier & is not regulated. It could very well be & likely is: watered down, replaced with another product, expired, or fake altogether.
If you see Olaplex being sold at a grocery/drug store, please scan the qr code on the back of the label & fill out the report. This company takes product diversion very seriously. If there is no qr code, the product is definitely a fake.
This is also true for many other professional lines. If you ever see something that sounds sus, it probably is.

It pains me to announce this, but it has to be done. As of Saturday, I have put my notice in at The Hair Connection. My last day will be the 26th. I will be taking a step back from salon life for a little bit so I can focus on my home life. I will not be out of the salon long, but when I do return I will be relocating to Kettering.
