At Mikayla Sonny Skin & Beauty Studio, when you book an appointment, I block out that time for just you and me. I know that you value our time together just as much as I do. I also know that things come up, Life happens, illness exists, childcare falls through, we fall on tough financial times, etc… I always do my best to remain flexible and understanding. However, to ensure my small business remains sustainable and I’m able to continue to provide the quality service you deserve, I must begin strictly enforcing new policies. Adhering to these policies ensures that everyone is treated fairly and that our time is mutually respected.

As someone who cares deeply for each and every one of you, this can feel incredibly uncomfortable. Thank you for understanding that policies aren’t personal or unkind. Shoutout to the baddies who have already been so supportive and encouraging of this change!

MSSBS policies are as follows:

• Every client must have a card on file to book an appointment. You do not have to use this card at checkout. All current forms of payment are still welcome. It just needs to be saved in our system.

• All new clients must pay a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment.

• You must let me know by text at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you fail to do so, you will be charged for your missed appointment.

• Any scheduled service you’d like to remove from your appointment must be communicated at least 48 prior to your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the missed services. Please never hesitate to ask if we have time to ADD a service to your appointment. I will always do my best to accommodate.

CURRENT CLIENTS- Prebooking is ESSENTIAL! I have some clients already booking their appointments through February of next year! This is always welcomed. Please reach out even if you have an existing appointment or two so we can book you out a few more. After work openings fill up SO quickly that I don’t have many to offer. I always want to take good care of my OG’s, and this is the best way!
