From all of the “creative” styles I gave myself growing up, to mastering the French Twist on a mannequin during my first training program (& then *no lie* having my first guest on the floor request a French Twist!), to being the updo educator at my next salon, to landing on Maui and doing on location bridal from the south side to Hana to the westside and everywhere in between.

Tomorrow marks 7 years of our little hair haven!
This opportunity literally called me on the phone and I knew I had to find a way to make this work.
I could write a novel about all that I have learned in this time. I could fill an ocean with the feelings I’ve felt.
I could never hug the people who have supported us tightly enough.
Running a small business is no easy task and yet I wouldn’t undo this decision for anything.
Mahalo to the stylists that have worked with us, to the clients who have trusted us and referred others to us, to the people we saw only once and the people we have taken care of since 2017, and to whoever will walk through these doors in the future.
We are so grateful that in this time, in this place, you would choose us. 🤍🖤

Curtain fringe, face framing, layers AND the best responses “I didn’t know I had hair like this!” And “I don’t want to put my hair up for work!”
My heart was singing obviously!

I love, I love, I love grey blending.
First time hair color for my wonderful guest.
She requested a natural and low maintenance color.
My favorite part was her reaction. Nothing beats nailing the brief and seeing the joy overflowing in your chair.
Gloss *forever* and if you’ve sat in my chair over the last few months you’ve definitely had a .pro blowout.
I’ve been saying over and over how I feel that I am doing hair in the best time there ever has been to hair and these two products are part of what makes me feel that way. The tools and education we now have at our disposal are just SO good! Can I shout it from the roof tops?
