No Call/No Show/ Same day cancellations: Policy

1) Automatic invoice will be sent for payment for the missed appointment or same day cancellation. Payment must be sent by the due date or result in one or more of the following:
a) A credit card will be required to be held on file. If one is already on file, it will be charged. No exceptions!!
b) Pre-payment will be required for your next appointment. NO exceptions!
c) Ability to book future appointments will be put on hold until payment is received, or banned from booking at all. No exceptions!
d) Payment does not apply and carry over to your next appointment! Period.

Communication goes a long way with me. If I contact you and I receive absolutely no communication back, that is it for me. I have been patient and nice about things, but I can no longer do that if I am being taken advantage of. Those that get where I am coming from, thank you for understanding! Questions?
