No refunds on custom orders. Replacement of broken or damaged items accepted, and replaced by Shop. Invoice required marked as paid in full before delivery. Custom orders range in completion times by quantity and product choice ( bath bombs and shower steamers take 48 hours before shipping to cure )
Payments made to Cash app by customer ( either business account or personal) are not questionable for any type of refund.
