Hair tip-It is always good to massage your scalp for 3mins or more everyday to improve blood circulation and it also promotes hair growth.

I thought I had experience some heat damage from when I had flat ironed my hair like a month ago so today I decided to do a wash and go and my curls is still popping thank god!!...I will update with pics when it is fully dried❤️

1)washing my hair with suave naturals conditioner (I only shampoo my hair once in a while when I feel that I had build up)

2)used manuka honey and mafura oil intensive hydration conditioner as a leave in

3) applied

3) then in little sections applied the gel to soak and wet little sections
