Most of you know that when I am not in the studio, I work part-time as an adjunct instructor in the aesthetics department at FVTC. I have had the pleasure of teaching several different courses to students from three different cohorts, starting in 2022. I always allow my students continued friendship, support, and access to me as they transition from student to colleague.

I want to highlight some of them here. Watching them succeed by starting careers at amazing companies or seeing their grit as they start their own businesses just lights my soul on fire 🔥😍

Long past time getting back on track with my health!

I’ve had great luck in the past working with nutritionists I found in gurnee treating intestinal parasites.
Living in WI that’s just unsustainable making monthly trips there.
I have yet to find a local nutritionist in the valley who does similar things. If anyone has any suggestions I would love that!
For now, I’m taking what I’ve learned in the past and what I’ve found through long hours of research and starting to make small steps that I’m able to afford right now. Plant medicine isn’t always affordable but it is definitely worth it in my experience. My rheumatologist said she doesn’t believe holistic care can make an impact on lupus for me at all. I have a hard time believing that.. stay tuned!

This will be my first time using sea moss and I am so excited for it! Sea moss contains 92 essential minerals. Superfood of the sea.

I’ve used diatomaceous earth for pest control before but never as a detox.

Teasel is completely foreign to me, I have not heard of this before but I have learned that this is a good tincture to treat chronic pain.

Incorporating this with a healthy diet of course! By far the most challenging part for me.
