Fascia is a spiderweb type tissue throughout the body. When a person has an injury or fixed position it becomes tangled. Fascia release increases range of motion, and circulation of lymph and blood. I use either myo-fascial release or guasha. I also instruct clients how to do it at home so they can continue to progress.
