Main Line Reiki

Discover the holistic healing of Reiki, a Japanese technique that helps you become more balanced physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Reiki is a healing modality administered by laying on hands to channel universal (Rei) life force (ki) into your body to activate natural energy healing.

In this workshop you will learn about energy healing, discuss the restorative benefits of Reiki, practice relaxing meditations and find out what it feels like to experience the healing energy which flows through all of us.

Jennifer’s workshops are always hands-on, and she will include meditation, and interactive exercises. At the end of the workshop, she will give Reiki individually to the participants in the class.

This workshop is for anyone who is curious about Reiki and would like to learn more. No previous knowledge is needed. Please bring your energy healing questions, a yoga mat, and notebook. If you forget your mat or need to borrow one, we have mats at the studio for you to borrow.

I was just reading about the 5% rule to bring comfort which is something I've never heard before and wanted to share for those of you who have bad days or bad moments - which is all of us.

Make it easy on yourself by asking, “What would make today 5% more bearable?” And whatever your answer may be, try your best to do it. You might put on comfortable clothes, sit in the sun for five minutes, or rewatch a comfort show instead of doomscrolling.

If you meditate or can offer Reiki to yourself that might help with the 5% rule.
