It’s been a while since I’ve introduced myself, so here we go.
Hey! I’m Emily Heffron, and I’ve been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist for over 6 years now. I started my business in 2019 in a CrossFit gym ( some of you have been with me since then) and transitioned to my grandparents salon in Kings Mountain in 2021. I have met so many amazing people over the years and have learned a lot as a small business owner.
A few of my favorite techniques to use are myofascial release, cupping therapy, and hot stones. I plan to take more continuing education courses to further my knowledge in the upcoming year.
I’ve had a wide range of experiences in my career working with quadriplegic clients, opioid addiction, ALS, cancer survivors, autoimmune disorders, and much more.
In my free time I love to work out / run, drink iced coffee, and be with my family! I hope you will choose me to be your LMBT and always know you are cared for and loved when you walk through my doors. I look forward to continue serving my community!
* side note * I work limited hours on certain days and spots are very limited! Wait time for new clients is 6 weeks out. And if you’re not a new client, but it’s been a while the wait time is still 6 weeks!

We had the best time in Charleston this week! I’ll be back to work tomorrow, and returning all texts and phone calls! 🌴 🌞

If you missed my newsletter I made a couple announcements that are happening for 2025. Price increase of $5 for Deep Tissue Therapy and I will be cutting my Saturdays back to once a month!
