Thinking in Color, open to local stylists who want to expand their color knowledge and feel more confident with formulations behind the chair.

We’ll be diving into IGORA ROYAL, IGORA VIBRANCE + BLONDME, exploring formulations, color theory, product knowledge, and how to use the different portfolios to create beautiful, customized results.

My turn 🤍 Hi, I’m Ashley
Owner of Bleach Bar + creator of

15 years behind the chair and 6 years of salon ownership. I’m fully booked and at capacity, and in this season my focus is building a strong team and mentoring the stylists beside me.

I’m no longer accepting new color clients and am currently only taking new extension clients. For color, you can book with one of my stylists, they’re talented, trusted, and aligned with everything we do here.

I wanted to make sure what I was teaching truly worked in real life. I’ve poured into my team, and watching them grow into confident, fully booked stylists has been the biggest confirmation for me. Now that I’ve seen it come to life, it feels right to expand into education and share that with other stylists.
