before her appointment, we did a consultation about 5-6 months prior to this color! after giving me her entire hair history over the last 3+ years i highly recommend her to use before i was willing to do a color this extensive! i didn’t want to risk compromising her hair in any way!
at home care is sooo important before and after any color service! thankfully she did such an amazing job and did all her hair treatments for the last 6 months! which made me confident she was ready for a color like this! 💪🏼

Appointment Policy Update 🫶🏼
As my schedule continues to stay full, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations! 🫶🏼
I do understand life is busy and full of unexpected circumstances! For that reason, I have been trying my entire career to not have a cancellation policy! However, it helps protect my time and my business! It allows me to offer openings to clients on my waitlist. I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support! It means more than you know 🤍
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% service fee
• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments
