This client came in having a flare up that she had never experienced before and was freaking out, we've all been there! She had purchased new products from the drug store and they caused her to have a histamine response (allergy) and a flare up with cystic acne.

Day 1- we treated her with a calming facial using Dermalogica products and a high frequency treatment with ultra calming serum and niacinamide.

Day 2- This is the next morning after her facial and you can already see a HUGE difference in the reduction of inflammation and redness. We were so happy with the results. Her skin was no longer itchy or hot to the touch. The cystic spots had also started to heal and flatten. She was sent home with Dermalogica Ultra Calming serum, barrier repair cream and recommended to use only VaniCream cleanser and a lightweight moisturizer.

Day 4- 2 days after her facial and using the products at home. We were literally so excited about the improvement this day. Almost all active acne spots have gone down and redness is significantly reduced.

You can see the glow and life back into her skin, a sign that is it healthier and thriving! We recommended coming back in for a series of facials and resurfacing treatments to keep the skin happy and healthy and start treating the post-inflammation pigmentation.
